Description
The aim of this project is to give an innovative concept tohandle the bore well rescue operations. Nowadays child oftenfalls down in the borehole which is left uncovered and getstrapped. It is difficult and also risky to rescue the trappedchildren to aid in such rescue we proposed a system ofdesigning robots to the rescue of a child in a borehole.
The structure consists of power supply, switch pad, gear motors, concentrator, camera and Microcontroller.The condition of trapped child is captured with CCTV camera
and monitored on a TV
. A is introduced inorder to provide extra safety. Once the lifting rod reaches asafe position under the child, an air compressor is operated topump air to the bladder attached to the end of the lifting rodthrough an air tube that runs downwards inside the lifting rod.
The bladder provides a safe seating to the child. When thechild is secure, the lifting rod is contracted to its maximumposition. The motor is then reversely operated so as tounclamp the system. Simultaneously, it is lifted out of the wellusing a chain or rope
. The programming language isC which is executed by MP lab IntegratedDevelopment Environment. This robot type machine canrescue trapped body from the bore well in a minimum amounttime and safety.

HIGHLIGHTS
1. To make an adaptive robotic design having three legs parallelogram structure so as to adjust it accordingly the pipeline parameters.
- Add gripper or claw to it which can contract and expandaccording to necessity and can grasp the target inside the pipe.
- To interface it with the controller unit, sensor unit and display unit and camera is mounted over it. Also PC is interfaced using MATLAB for visual display.
- Software implementation.
- To control the whole system with switch pad and to bring the target out of the pipe safely.
